02- Is my Linux VPS managed?

Our Linux VPS come standard unmanaged. A self-management service means that we are not able to support "Please do" and "How to" tickets (i.e.: we won't support any scripts or install any special mods). It's part of your responsibility to install security patches, fix any weird OS error messages and install everything else except the OS. However, we guarantee 100% uptime as well as we will replace any failed components, reboot servers, maintain the network.

There is a managed service add-on option to upgrade on all our Linux VPS plans. It covers all "Please do" & "How to" support tickets as well as includes performing tasks that do not exceed 4 hours monthly. For big scale projects, our team will send you a quote in advance and will wait for your confirmation prior to starting.
